Had an awful experience with orthodontist Keri Greene at 722 Broadway in Williamsburg Brooklyn. When I got there they told me that they would be taking my daughter in to get x-rays and then they would send the x-rays out for braces approval. I said well I don’t even know if she needs braces yet. Her staff replied that that is their protocol. I requested to speak to the orthodontist and she said the same thing. I said well I would like to talk to you about her treatment plan after the x-rays. She did not seem happy but she agreed and when my daughter came out after the x-ray I asked where the doctor was and they said she left!! I was super upset but I left then I called back to speak to the doctor and they said she’s only in on Thursdays I requested to have the doctor call me and she never did and that was three weeks ago. Can it get any scammier???
