Best Dental Office hands down
Do not believe the negative reviews. This office staff and dentist are caring, efficient, and helpful. I’m a nervous patient and they completed a ton of dental work providing me anti-anxiety solutions and excellent dental work. They are flexible with your schedules and your insurance. They communicate and listen to your concerns and needs. Every patient you see coming in and out are smiling. If you are in Cedar Park or North Travis Lake area this is the dentist for you!

Dr. Bowcutt and staff are very professional and highly competent. I have been a patient since Dr. Bowcutt took on the practice. He is thoughtful, explains thoroughly what needs to be done and is very knowledgeable. His staff is highly responsive and will go the extra mile to get you seen if you have an emergency.

His office staff is very unprofessional and don't know what they are doing, especially Cori and Debbie. Dr. Bowcutt seems like he doesn't know how to choose his office staff, or he doesn't really care. Too bad. So many other choices of dentists are available.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME because they will do that for you!! I had went in to Dr. Bowcutt's office to get a cleaning nearly 2 weeks ago but they couldn't finish the job and asked that I come back so they could finish. But before that they wanted to charge me for them to finish the job. I told them I wasn't paying again for another cleaning that they should have done it right the first time. After them agreeing to finish the job, I scheduled an appointment for today (6-13-2019) at 12PM. I get back from working out and get a message from Debbie (the receptionist) that she needed to hear from me to confirm my appointment or she was going to give my appointment to someone else that really needed it. So I don't really need the appointmennt because you didn't finish the job the first time and I have to come back now? I called at 11:30am as soon as I got the message and Debbie said since she didn't hear from me so she gave my appointment to someone else that really needed it. When I set the

Dr. B is one of the kindest, most gentle dentists I have ever encountered. His anesthetic approach is phenomenal, I didn't feel the shot at all!! I have a huge fear of needles and Dr. B went above n beyond to reassure me. Highly recommend Dr. B and staff you won't regret it!!! 0
