Office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Refused to tell me the price of basic services and a breakdown of my bill. Felt persuaded into services I initially said I did not want, never even got a price when leaving the office, and got charged more than I was quoted over the phone. Told them I'd pay for the services I wanted and they could send the rest to collections. They refused to give me that price and hung up on me. 15 minutes after the phone call they sent the entire bill to collections plus $100 in collection fees. Very childish and sneaky. I've never felt so swindled by a doctor's office.
