Dr. Kevin Mancini, DMD

I don’t feel like this practice is forthcoming about their treatment plans. I was very specific about not wanting my teenage daughter to have to remove her faux teeth while eating in public. I was told it would not be a problem. This was one of my main reasons for choosing the the treatment plan I did. Now, that her braces have been removed and we were given her new retainer, we have been told it must be removed any time she eats. I’m not one to typically write bad reviews but I feel particularly taken advantage of. I believe Dr. Mancini told me what I wanted to hear to get our money. After thousands of dollars paid upfront, I was brushed off and told our previous conversations about goals for my daughter’s orthodontic care never happened. I am so disappointed and was offered no compensation or other options.
