Great Hygienist and denist

Dr. Nguyen is an excellent dentist who has treated our family of 7 since we moved to Texas a year ago. He is great with adults as well as young children and takes the time to explain treatment options. He has a great bedside manner and puts you at ease right away.

He said he we treat me like family. He treats me better than family. Nothing but the best is acceptable. If you have a fear of dentist, he is the cure.

This dentistry hands down by far has provided me the best dental and patient care I’ve ever received compared to other dentistries that I’ve gone to. Dr. Nguyen always puts the patients’ health first and makes sure that his work is as perfect and precise as possible. He makes sure that his patients are comfortable throughout the procedure and only sends you on your way home when he knows that you’re not in anymore pain. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dentist to place your trust into.

Dr. Nguyen always made sure that I was comfortable while also making sure the procedure went as quickly as possible. How he always tells you what he’s doing, and why is what differentiates him from other dentists.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff have taken care of me for two years now. My check ups were always quick and easy, and Dr. Nguyen doesn’t try to sell me on unneeded procedures. I recommended him to my co-workers, and he is their trusted dentist now too! The only “major” service I had was Invisalign, and my smile turned out amazing, closing two big gaps in my teeth. He also clearly explained the pricing, so there were no “surprise” charges.

He's thorough, knowledgable, and communicates well. He talked about all of my options for treatment and left it up to me. I can tell he truly cares about me.

Nice dentist but surrounded by personnel who made my experience a nightmare before and after I saw him. I agreed with recommended procedures but I DID NOT agree to pay before they were performed.I am still waiting for a refund for services not rendered by Dr. Nguyen office the day of my first and LAST visit. Perhaps he has more patients than those whose dental needs he can properly take of. My first call should had been my last The second and third call and the dismissive, uncaring responses I got when I asked to be seen due to extreme tooth pain should had been a red flag. Cancelling my appointment at the last minute only to be quickly rescheduled for the afternoon after I said that I was going to another dentist should had made me run away. Then 5 hours wait while Dr Nguyen took care of other patients that according to what I was told ‘had appointments and he needed to take care of them first’ should had made me get up and leave. I HAD an appointment at 9 that day for 1 month.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had!! The staff was amazing at Pecan Grove and Dr. Nguyen has the best bedside manners.I felt nothing and felt very comfortable!! Also the manager is always a pleasure to see she’s always willing to go the extra mile to make you smile!
