I never leave reviews but this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist it was horrendous Dr was arrogant, impatient, very disrespectful and full of himself, came in for just a basic exam for a root canal and it was a very brief and painful exam he was seeming to lose his patience during it as well was told that nothing was wrong with the tooth even though I was told by two previous dentists that there was he claimed that my other dentist had only two years of experience and he had 35 and asked me “do you see all these degrees on the wall I don’t see that you have one” which was completely uncalled for, he should be ashamed for the way he acted and I truly do not recommend him ever to anyone I would steer clear of him and his practice. Find a different dentist!!

Dr. Shugars provided me with a second opinion. He confirmed I needed a difficult root canal, explained the procedure very well, listened to my concerns and answered my questions. His professionalism and compassionate demeanor impressed me and immediately put me at ease. He performed the procedure very efficiently, with very little pain, and without any problems. I highly recommend Dr. Shugars and his very friendly, helpful office staff!

I was very pleased with Dr. Shugars. He and his staff were professional and courteous. I went in with a very uncomfortable jaw in need of a root canal under a crown. From what I understand, that’s not the easiest. He was prompt, professional and efficient. I left feeling much better and have had nothing but improvement. I hope I never have a professional need to have this type of service again… ?? …if I ever need a root canal he will definitely be my A #1, first call. Everything about this office and is fantastic.

This visit wasn't without challenges. I just wanted to leave a positive review about support staff. I worked with Kristine who did an amazing job helping me navigate some problems that occurred. Kristine, you went "so far above and beyond" that I can't thank you enough! Trust those support staff. They keep things running smoothly.

Dr Sugars is a straight shooter, tells you like it is, no nonsense. The office girls are terrific. GREAT place to go.

Did not look forward to this procedure, as I've heard negative things in general regarding root canals. I was pleasantly surprised on how Dr. Shugars explained the procedure and asked if I needed additional explanation. There was surprisingly no pain and the procedure was quick. Staff was helpful and friendly. Don't wish to have another, but if I need another one I know who to call.

I really enjoyed my root canal, as much as one can enjoy a root canal ;) But Dr. Shugars made it so easy to relax as he is so friendly and silly.
