Dr. Kim Thi Hoang, DMD

Is it weird to say you love your dentist? Probably. But I really, really enjoy mine! Terwilliger did great work on my 3 cleanings so far. I hadn't gone to see the dentist in over 7 years, and they didn't make me feel bad or guilty at all. In fact, that was part of the reason WHY I had to go to 3 cleanings - I think they basically had to power-wash my teeth for the last 2 cleanings? Anyway, I am a super picky person, and I can honestly say that I have no interest in going to another dentist anywhere. My dentist (dental tech? I'm not sure what her title is officially!) is so much fun to talk to, really knows her stuff, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. Dr. Hoang, Head Dentist in Charge (again, I don't know titles), is also fabulous - very friendly and personable! The front desk staff is wonderful, too - nice, chill, couldn't ask for better. Also, everyone is doing their part during the COVID-19 era to keep everything clean and to follow the appropriate guid

I like Dr. Hoang and her whole staff. Everyone is very professional. Dr H explains everything, checks throughout the appointment to see how I am coping and helps me think through a plan and expenses for the upcoming year. I really wish she offered nitrous oxide but otherwise she is gentle, straight-thorough and skilled.

Great job on fixing my teeth. Had a root canal and several filling done. Explained her process and was overall pleasant! :)

The dental assistant and dental hygienist were both great. They're friendly, and gentle as they guide you through exams or cleaning, and asking how are doing? during the procedure. However, Doctor Kim Hoang did not acknowledge or inquire to see how I am doing during the entire procedure. Nor was the procedures explain to me. After she was finished, she got up and went to her next patient. I don't recommend this doctor. I will finish what I stated here and afterward will seek a new doctor.
