Dr. Kimberly Boyett, DDS

I've been going to this same place for 30 years. Dr. Boyett took over when Dr. Bartel retired. She is always kind and we love the staff.

The office staff is always very rude, mean, talks down to you and bullies you. If you don't go along with what they want you to do they treat you horrible.

I made an appt. on Thurs. for the next Mon. I gave them all my insurance info, including my and hubby's SSN's. I filled out 6 pages of history online and was ready. When I got to my appt., I was told since it was a holiday (Juneteenth), my ins. couldn't be verified and I'd have to pay full price. What? I made appt. days ago. Then someone yelled that this Dr. doesn't take this ins., yet I got her name off GEHA's providers. I was told it would be $118 to x-ray that tooth and for her to assess it, so the cost of fixing it couldn't be given. I left immediately.

I drive a long ways to see Dr. Boyett and it's always worth it. Staff are friendly and good at their jobs and its always a pleasure to see Dr. Boyett. I highly recommend this place!

I went there for 11 months for 2 crowns and upper and lower dentures, 1st set bottom was perfect top was way too wide for my mouth they destroyed bottom teeth when it was top, 2nd set looked like horse, 3rd set falls out while i am eating, worst set of teeth i ever had. Mine was good just wanted new teeth, they destroyed them because of crowns being too big. Now i have to pay for new teeth when i can afford them. Staff is good the lab is bad

Dr. Kimberly Boyett, DDS, Winter Haven Florida, and her staff provided by far the most exceptional dental experience that I have ever encountered! Dr. Boyett is a caring dentist and works extremely hard. Her office staff are professional, hard working and kind. I had a dental emergency and my regular dentist of 2 visits per year for over 15 years could not give me an appointment for a month. I called to ask again due to the level of pain and no help other than calling in an antibiotic was offered from my previous dentist. Dr. Boyett saw me immediately as a new patient. In addition this Dr. Has the equipment and expertise to make crowns in office. After a shirt visit, I left pain free and with a crown in place. Most dentist send out for crowns to be made which is a 3 week process. DR. Boyett uses computerized equipment to measure the crown and ensure proper fit. I have had previous crowns and none fit like this one dors...it looks and feels very natural! Simply love Dr. Boyett! Kind!
