Dental Visits
This dentist and the dental staff are friendly, courteous and professional. If your appointment is at a particular time, this is exactly when you are seen. Everything was explained to my husband and myself. They work with you and have wonderful attitudes. We always have a wonderful experience at this dentist office. Dr. Tolbert is a jewel.

So I checks my call log & I did not receive a call from from Dr. Tolbert office. O informed the receptionist she called me on Monday to confirm my appt that I had on Tues that I canceled but she did not call me Wed to confirm my Thurs. This has really made my upset. I love Dr. Tolbert office but the face of her office needs 2 pay attention to what she is doing. Will I continue to refer like I have been doing, NO. Because they will be misinformed. I miss the old receptionist.

Dr. Tolbert would be ok if she listened to her clients. Her assistant Brittany is rude and unprofessional, so stay clear of her. The rest of her staff is nice.

Had a root canal done in 2012. Over a period of time my tooth started turning black and was very sensitive. On a visit to another dentist when I moved, I asked if they would X-ray the tooth that was turning black while they were doing other X-rays of my mouth and found out that the root canal that Dr. Tolbert did wasn't a total root canal. In others words I payed for a root canal that still had roots and now I have to go to am endodontist for re-treatment of a tooth that she didn't finish.

An excellent dentist with an excellent staff. The best dental experience in town. My uncle was visiting from Oklahoma and broke a tooth. We were able to make an emergency appointment for the next day and get his tooth repaired.
