Kingsley lacks empathy and social skills. I was referred to her by my dentist for a failed implant. She did not ask questions or listen, but tried to strong arm me into her aggressive and expensive treatment plan. Kingsley and her office staff put up needless barriers to patients when trying to get access to their own exam records. She charged twice the cost for an evaluation exam than the second opinion periodontist I visited. I knew i would not give my business to Kingsley when she failed to offer an antiobiotic to me after her exam found that my implant was infected and pus was leaking out from the gum. I would not trust my dental care to such a person who thinks this is acceptable care. I went elsewhere for my implant removal and healing care. Kingsley is unprofessional, expensive and an incompetent care provider. Find a different periodondist.

Awful experience. Pain is worse since the procedure; and after being quoted $450, which I promptly paid; I received a $1,550 addl. charges bill that I never authorized. Their business office is incompetent Stay away unless you like paying crazy high additional charges.
