Dr. Riad performed a tooth extraction on me. It took him over 2 hours to do it and he still ended up leaving a root behind. Said it was too close to the nerve, which was disputed by an oral surgeon I saw afterwards. I was in pain for over a month because he took out way too much tissue, also according to the oral surgeon. On one of my follow ups, Dr. Riad charged me $50 for a visit that my insurance covered 100%. He refused to reimburse me the money until I had my insurance company intervene.
