I was a new pt. of Dr. Mackie's and what a joy it was to locate a professional dentist and staff. After relocating to TX in 2021, I have visited no less than 8-9 dentists in an effort to locate one which is not a 'mass operated, chain organization.' I had never experienced corporate chain dental clinics until moving to TX. They are both unprofessional and degrading for the patient. From the office staff to the entire medical team at Loretto Family Dentistry, this was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Cleaning easy check in, easy cleaning, communicates well, Dentist knowledgeable and personable, will refer to anyone!

Dr Mackie is professional, kind, friendly and caring. She will 'watch' a tooth before jumping into dental repair, which is much appreciated. This instills confidence as she is not out to put in a crown if you don't need it. Her office is efficient and runs very smoothly, quietly and on time. The staff are amazing.

Dr Mackey is both professional and friendly. She doesn’t make you feel rushed and thoroughly answers any questions or concerns you might have. Her staff, from the front office to the hygienists, is top-notch. Overall this was an excellent experience.

I have been to Lorretto Family Dentistry three time and each time I have been impressed with the professionalism, expediency and knowledge of the staff. This last time I had to have some emergency work to replace a veneer on my front tooth and was expecting to have to wait weeks for an appointment to my surprise they were able to get me in two days. Even though I added anb additional issue to my visit they were able to address my dental needs and have me in and out in less than an hour.
