6 years ago, I had to have upper implants. Dr Miles pulled the teeth, did some bone grafts, and put in 8 implants so I now have a full set of teeth that are Permanent. The process took about a year, and she explained why and was very aware of my feelings. Very encouraging and positive!! I am now in the process of having 2 implants in my lower jaw. I( wouldn't trust anyone else.
