Dr Chen knows her stuff. She is an amazing dentist.

Very professional. She addressed all my questions and concerns.

She only says “open” and “close”Never says what she is doing.She stalls and weeks to months span between appointments.The temporary teeth do not fit well.During Earlier appointments, she used a hammer to remove the temporary teeth.

Dr. Chen is very friendly and informative. I greatly appreciate her professional treatment. I will continue my treatment with her. Highly recommended

Dr. Chen is professional, caring, and an outstanding practitioner. She explains every step or new procedure thoroughly before she begins. Dr. Chen adjusted her schedule when necessary for us to maximize the progress of my treatment.

My appointment was at 11 am, I was forced to wait for 40 minutes past my appointment time because apparently, the doctor was busy with another patient's emergency. I literally came to this specific location because of my emergency! I have a wisdom tooth that I needed the doctor to look at, and to explain to me what are my next steps, and how bad it is. She took less than 5 minutes with me, she looked inside my mouth and said that it needs as extraction. No explanation, no talking to me either, I could see that she was in such a hurry that she was almost trying to get rid of me as fast as she could. Personally, it was the worst dental visit ever in my life, not only I felt unwelcomed and confused all the time, I feel like because she was in such a rush I need to hear the other dentist's opinion. Overall, I would not recommend this doctor or this clinic.

Dr. Chen and her team are very professional. I have been to this office many times over the years and there was very little wait time if any. Office is bright and clean. She always takes time to explain each step of the way. There was never a painful experience from this office. 5 stars all the way!

Dr, Chen did grea job on my wisdom teeth removal. I had no pain and she gave me clear instruction from begginig to the end. I am very happy about my experience with her treatment.
