I was very nervous having teeth extracted and implants done. Dr Neppalli was so very compassionate and caring. Very professional and I would highly recommend him

The only reason that I did not rate Dr. Neppalli excellent is that I only had one appointment so far. He and his staff were professional and friendly. I did not feel rushed. I have been a patient of Western New York Dental for more than 10 years (we actually live out of state and fly up for dental care). Dr. Neppalli was recommended by my general dentist who is part of the practice. I will be scheduling an additional appointment with De. Neppalli.
