I'm a new patient trying to find a dentist. Called Dr. Weber's office. The line was busy. I called back a minute later. Still busy. Waited 15 minutes and called back a 3rd time. This time the phone was answered: "Dr. Weber's office, can you hold?" I said "Yes."
After 10-1/2 minutes of waiting on hold, the call was disconnected. I called back a 4th time. Same greeting: "Dr. Weber's office, can you hold?" I replied "No! I've already been waiting on hold for 10 minutes and got hung up on!" She rep
