Long term patient
I'm giving this a 2 star rating as follows:I have been a long term consistent patient with Dr. Connolly and his hygienist. Life has changed for me temporarily, I feel that being told I could not come back to his office was a shock to me. Him and his hygienist were so gentle and good to me. I'm sadden that I was turned away after years of service with him. I've been a very loyal patient to South Des Moines Dental. For them to turn me away is mind-blowing. Thanks for all you have done for me. You and your staff have been excellent. I will never understand why Iam unable to return. I would give a 5 star because of the great service I received...but to decline me to come back is why you get the 2 star. I guess I wasn't important enough to continue cares with you. How sad.

Straight-forward about patient care/needs. Professional about services but still provides a friendly, easy-going atmosphere. Great with my kids also. Highly recommend.
