unorganized management
The main issue would be the management of the practice. I was given a referral to a pain specialist, but they did not do their part in fixing that appointment. I told the front desk about the mix-up and was given a nasty attitude by the lady on the phone when all I needed was their part of the referral to the specialist. However, the most essential part would be moving to a completely different building and not sending out a notice that they are moving to their patients. Also, I had to wait even longer to get my teeth cleaned because they did not have a hygienist. Everything is very disorganized, and the staff is rude, but Dr Lee is a great doctor as far as I'm concerned.
