Dr. Lady-Jean Ramsey, DMD

I was told after my routine cleaning at my periodontist office that she could feel a soft spot behind my 6 piece bridge.The soft spot was on one of my front teeth. I made an appt to get it checked.right away at the 1st of the year. Dr Ramsey could feel the soft spot, but felt like she might be able to remove the decay without removing my bridge. They scheduled me for another appt, where she determined that she didn't know if she could remove all the dacay, so I was scheduled another appt. I have numerous allergies, and on the same day as my next appt,Dr Ransey office staff called, and cancelled my appt, and said she had decided that she would like to see reports from my Dr, before she saw me again. In the meantime I am feeling very anxious, because months have passed by, and Dr Ramsey is still refusing to remove my bridge to deal with the decay that we know is on my teeth behing the bridge. She said that she could tell that I was the kind of patient that would break a temporary bridge. Long story short, after going in at the beginning of the year, she didn't remove my bridge until the end of July, and by that time, there wasn't enough left of my 2 front teeth to replace with another bridge. She is a very nice lady, but I don't think that you should have so many patients that you can't take care of dental problems in a timely manner. If I had known up front that treatment was going to be that delayed, I would have made other arrangements..
