The last time I saw DR Dalessio was in 2018,to get a tooth crowned.She overmedicated me,as the appt was 9am,and the whole left side of my face was numb until after 2 in the afternoon.Dr Dalessio ground the tooth down too far,and the surrounding gum encroached,which made a bad impression.When the permanent crown came in,it was very undersized,so I had to go through the whole procedure again.This time Dr Dalessio cut away peices of my gum,and I bled profusely,so much that she had to wash out the blood clots in the sink.I am taking Naproxen,and she should have stopped the medication before my appointment,which was negligent on her part.As I was bleeding and hoping this second uncomfortable event would be over soon,she laughed and made the comment "9 out of 10 times this doesnt happen,you must be lucky".I can tell you I didnt feel lucky.From start to finish I had to wait 5 weeks with the temporary crown.No apologies,no refund,no compassion.Just laughter and stupid comments.
