Dr. Laris Milligan, DMD

Awful, took my daughter here for TMJ. I spoke in length, before coming in, with his wife? I explained that my daughter had Medicaid and her last dentist recommended an oral surgeon. We were new to the area and called the dental school and they recommended this guy. We arrived early to the appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork the office was closed and reopened at 2:00 which was our appointment time. We completed the three pages that were given to us. After waiting 40 minutes I voice my frustration since it was over an hour drive for us, asking if we were going to see the doctor. He finally came in, saying she had to complete a stack of health forms before he could treat her. When I pushed back asking why wasn't that given to us prior he got loud and yelled at me. I tried to explain that the staff told me I only had minimal paperwork. He kept talking over me. Needless to say, we left!

My daughter had cavities that were filled by Dr. Milligan. 2 of her fillings failed and she had to have root canals. One when she was 10 years old. One of the caps fell off and he did not put a temporary cap on while she was waiting for her new cap, now she has to have the tooth extracted and an implant put in, at 18! I, also had to have a crown, it took him over a year, with MULTIPLE appointments, to put the cap on. The cap is almost twice the size of my regular teeth! I don't think it was my mold! I would not recommend this Dentist to anyone! I plan on calling and complaining to the ADA. I would definitely look for another Dentist!

The office was very dirty. Nothing was organize Big tall stacks of paper everywhere teeth mold everywhere mechanic toolboxes in the offices There was a luminal foil Wrapped around the lights that place was a total joke and needs to be shut down

Dont walk Run. I payed him $1000.00 for a crown. He never ordered it and kept my money. He drilled a huge hole in my tooth and put a temporary filling in it. Now i need an implant. His offices are filthy with totes of teeth molds 8n every room. He put a laughing gas mask on me and left for 30 minutes. I became very ill and luckily was able to remove the mask in minutes.
