Dr. Laura Knowles, DMD

Dr. Knowles has been filling in the gap left by the retirement of Dr. Gary McManama. Working with Dr. Leadbeater, she is making sure long-time patients at the dental practice do not experience a gap in care. Experienced staff and dental hygienists ensure patients are seen on schedule and promptly. I appreciate that the dental office has an after-hours phone service for emergencies and will work to accommodate same day visits. What a world of difference compared to large dental practices with treatment rooms that seem more like an assembly factory.

Was told upon making the appointment that my insurance was accepted then after the work was completed i was told that my insurance was not accepted, after contacting my insurance i was told by my insurance company that not only was it accepted but they were under contract to take my insurance so the doctors office got $331.00 from me out of pocket also filed it on my insurance after multiple attempts for a refund of my out of pocket i still have not received a refund
