Dr Rodio was nice however I would not recommend anyone go there due to their billing. They use codes that causes pt to pay directly when in fact they could have been covered under insurance by discussing options with pt and using the pt’s insurance. Very sneaky billing practices.

I was quickly seen and x-rays were taken within minutes of being seated. The doctor was waiting when I came back from x-rays. She wanted to know first off what I expected from my visit. We set up a plan and soon I will have beautiful teeth.

As a new patient I was able to get a same day appointment to recement a crown that had come off. All of the staff from the receptionist to Dr. Rodio herself were pleasant and helpful. Great experience.

It was fine once I got there but very hard to reach office. Several times the voicemail machine was full and could not even leave a message.

Dental hygienist Annalisa was thorough but gentle. It was the least painful cleaning I can remember.
The exam by Dr. Rodio that followed was also thorough, and her recommendations regarding dentures made perfect sense. I am grateful.
Chris made taking X-rays and receiving flouride treatment an enjoyable experience.
And Janet took care of my billing and scheduling with friendly care, as usual.
I feel very fortunate to have met such a competent and compassionate team. I recommend the office to all who seek dental care.
