I found Doctor Wood many years ago and I am so happy with the way I am treated. I am uplifted and encouraged regarding keeping my mouth healthy. I actually call the staff my friends. I won't go into details, tho, I had a major amount of work done and I was absolutely scared to death because of past dental experiences at other offices. I healed up with flying colors and am so pleased with the results. Sedation works like a charm, just saying!! Doc gives numbing shots like a queen, I promise, it does not hurt! When I arrived at the office the very first time, I was referred out for my procedure. The specialist would not work on me because of the vertigo. He sent me back and Doctor Wood took are of me completely. I give the office a 5 star review!!!!

I called Dr. Woods office because I was dissatisfied with my dentist. Lori was an angel and took her time to answer my many questions. Dr. Woods evaluation concluded she could save my teeth. I asked for other options. I decided on posts and extraction of all my teeth. I need to note my fear level was a major factor in my decision. I am more than thrilled with the outcome. I have received many compliments! Kristy is excellent for maintenance appts. Thank you Dr. Woods and staff!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My family of 3 visited her office over the course of 9 months. While getting several crowns, the "fake teeth" were made improperly. It caused me so much pain and I had to go in 3 different times to have them adjusted. Nothing worked and I just had to live with it for 3 weeks until my permanents came in. My husband had similar work done and had similar pain. He was told there was nothing to be done for him. My son was charged for a cleaning he never received.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Wood and her associates! There is such concern, warmth and kindness whenever I am in the office. I love the amenities such as the unique and awesome paraffin wax hand treatment - for free! On a blustery Michigan winter day, the freshly warmed blanket placed over my legs made me feel very special! I am happy that my 'Dentist shopping days are over!
