Dr. Wood is a scammer
Dr. Wood should retire. Had the most embarrassing experience in my life at his practice. Would never trust for them to care for anyone I loved. The billing department tried to rip me off as well. What a joke!

Dr. Wood and Tri Cities Orthodontics are not professional. The quality of care is subpar. Billing department tried to rip us off. Had to hire another orthodontist to repair thier work.
