Look for a different dentist. This office only cares about its bottom line. I had an appointment on January 17 of this year. I missed my appointment because there was a fatal car accident on I-40. I called while sitting in my car literally parked on Highway 70 and told them what happened. Since traffic wasn't moving, there was no way to make it to their office within the allotted 15 minute window they impose. Now, I have received a bill for $50 for my missed appointment. I am looking for a different dentist. I will NEVER go back to this office. A physician's office that doesn't have compassion, doesn't deserve my business.

I am changing my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. Dr. Dillard responded to my first review and did everything she could to make a bad situation better. My insurance had changed, causing complications, and there was a long delay in billing. I appreciate the time it took her to research the issue, express empathy, and offer a refund. I donated the refund to a nonprofit organization, Physicians for a National Health Program (PNHP). Www.pnhp.org

If you are looking for a dentist with an excellent staff...look no further. Dr Dillard has taken care of my teeth for several years. I first came to her terrified because I have had issues with TMJ and bad and missing teeth. I was so embarrassed, however she and her staff has put me at ease and actually looking forward to dental visits.

I would recommend Dr.Dillards office to anyone. She is amazing at what she does, as are all the hygienists there. The environment is very welcoming.

Dr. Dillard and her team are simply the best, I won't go anywhere else! Sara is always so gentle and knowledgable, and she lets you watch whatever you want on TV! I live 10 hours away and I make it a point to remain a patient with this practice because of the quality of care I consistently receive. Whether you need something as minimal as a cleaning or a complete smile makeover, you won't find a better dentist and team than Dillard Dental Services!

I love coming here! I always leave in a better mood than when I arrived. Brennice cleans my teeth and she’s very gentle and thorough.

For years, I’ve been “afraid” of dentists. I’ve had some bad experiences, but figured it was time. Since I have only been around Nashville for a few years, I relied on recommendations from natives. I was recommended to Dr. Dillard Office. I made an appointment and prepared myself. I arrived nervous, but as soon as sat down in Sara’s into the chair, I was stepped through what to expect. Nothing was a surprise. Although I was still anxious, I felt like I was in great hands. My first visit in years, and it changed my attitude towards dental visits. They were gentle and cared to make sure I felt as comfortable and as safe as possible. My teeth are as healthy as they have ever been and I am now set up for two cleanings a year.

I've been going to Dr. Dillard for 4 years now, and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and Dr. Dillard takes the time to sit down with me and address any concerns I may have. They've never recommended a service I didn't need, and I have been happy with all of the dental work I've had done.

I went to Dr. Dillard for a cosmetic consultation. While there, they did a cleaning. She was very busy that day and told me she would email me. 6 weeks go by and no email, it's fine- things happen. I called and they told me they would call me back. Still nothing. This was 9 days ago. Very unprofessional. The entire reason i went was for cosmetic work. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Dillard drilled too far in my young daughters mouth where we had to go to another doctor to have it fixed. The office staff, along with Dr. Dillard are so caddy they talk the whole time and never pay attention to the patients & what they are supposed to be doing. It really is pathetic.

Dr Dillard and her staff are highly skilled, compassionate, and friendly. You couldn't find a better dentist in town! I had extensive dental work done which included implants and was very happy with the results. I now have a beautiful smile!
