Dr. RICCUITI was my dentist for 15 years. I hadn't seen him for a few years because I had no insurance. I needed dental work due to pain. Dr. recommended that I needed $14,000 in dental work. I took out a Cigna discount plan. Began treatment but was only getting appts 6 weeks apart which I was unhappy with. It was difficult to pay such high bills. I was distressed & expressed my concern. Office staff was rude & unsympathetic .Allthough I paid in full every visit, I received a letter dropping me
