Dr. Lina Al-Aswad, DMD

Rude. It was my first time going there and they were fighting with some customers

We just had a terribly upsetting experience at Al-Aswad Lina dental. So bad I felt unsafe for myself and child. We arrived at our appt. time and were notified we were an hour late. We didn't get a text message. They had the wrong number in their system. The receptionist was very nice and professional. I calmly said we don't want to be charged a missed appt. fee because we never got a reminder. After a few minutes the dentist came out, Al-Aswad Lina. She came out hot and firing (so to speak). She was very upset before I said a word. I am a school teacher and education professional and am able to stay calm, and I did. After a few minutes of this I calmly stated that she seemed very upset and I was just trying to figure this out. She continued to talk to me in a very disrespectful and angry way, by the way right in front of my 9 year old and another child in the waiting room. She then explained, "I'm tired of hearing your demands"! I then calmly asked her what my demands were and she left

Dr. Al-Aswad is the best dentist I've ever had. I had many issues from mediocre dentistry in other countries and she fixed everything in an excellent manner. My mouth has never looked or felt better.

Dr. Al-Aswad was wonderful for my daughter's first dentist appointment at 2.5 years old. There is a small playroom off the waiting area that kept her occupied, and a nice selection of cartoon movies to watch on the tv at each dental chair. Despite my child being in a very clingy phase, Dr. Al-Aswad was able to put her at ease, well enough to do a full exam, cleaning, and fluoride treatment before the tears set in. She was very quickly cheered up by being able to choose a small toy afterwards
