At time of appointment scheduling was assured that I would be allotted 40 minutes to have a filling replaced. My husband and I were both established patients. A tech took a x-ray. I showed Dr where my filling had fallen out. She didn’t spend more than a minute with me. I asked her if she was going to do the filling and she said she was ‘swamped.’ I told her that we drive over an hour one way and would really appreciate it if she could fill my tooth. She left the room, the assistant came back and gave me a Plan Of Care to have tooth filled. They sent me a review and I relayed what my experience was and what I was told when I made appointment. I made a follow up appointment that was scheduled about a month later. I received 5 text messages confirming appointment, the last being 2 hours before scheduled appointment. 15 minutes after last text reminder of appointment Denise from office calls and said they were canceling my appointment because I gave them a bad review.

Love Dr. Linda and her staff! My husband just had crowns done on his front teeth and they look amazing and it was completed on one day! I always look forward to my visits!

She is good with ordinary, but if you have something which out of the ordinary she can't handle it. I had to go elsewhere to fix what she messed up. Wasted time and money.
