Poor Customer Service
Would NOT recommend. I started taking my son to La Quinta Dental & Orthodontist in 2021. I signed a 24 month treatment plan for braces. During that time, the practice received full payment on time each month, even though my appointments were often re-scheduled and regularly pushed out for months at a time. In addition, there were many times I had to express my concerns about the treatment my son was receiving as they were billing our insurance for a cleaning and NOT CLEANING his teeth. My entire experience with the dental & orthodontic services offered by La Quinta Dental has been very negative and unsatisfactory. I expressed my frustration and concerns and the staff dismissed me and did not offer to remedy any of the issues or concerns I had. I finally had to request that my son’s braces be taken off so I can find a new treatment provider.

Excellent care
After a bad experience with a previous ortho, I was very happy to have Dr. Eidelstein finish up my orthodonic care. She really listened to what my goals were and made the proper adjustments to get there as quickly as possible.

  • Appointment wasn't rushed
  • Trusted the provider's decisions
