They were ready for me at my appointment time.

Meeting Dr Newell seemed friendly but as our relationship grew she seem to changed her welcome.I was referred to her and she made me feel comfortable as I posted nine months ago. Yet everything went down hill as she seem to be frustrated with the care plan she advised. I got work I didn’t ask for and we got in a heated discussion of her work . I had no discussion of what work was being done and she had the nerve to say I thought you were getting xyz after work had been done. Very unprofessional and an unsafe place to have dental work done. I don’t recommend any adult to sit in her care on any given day after my experience. Im telling you the honest truth. You have been warned. Thank you google for a review to help others stay safe.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist. Dr. Newell and her staff ALWAYS help me to calm down to receive my dental treatment. Each time I raise up from her chair I am confident and fully satisfied that my teeth will be around. As I age gracefully I can HONESTLY say she REALLY has GENTLE hands. Dr. Newell is the BEST Dentist I have had my ENTIRE life. Thanks for an AWESOME experience EVERY time!

I was a new patient during my visit Dr. Newell didn’t pay attention to anything I said, none of my concerns. When I asked her questions she told me she doesn’t know but said she has been in the field for 20 plus years. She did a RUSH job on my cleaning I still had tarter stuck in between my teeth from her rushing. She seemed nice at first but could tell very quickly she didn’t care and just wanted it to be over before my visit began.

She is ridiculous. A few days ago, I saw her yell at a client for no reason. Based on that, I won't be back. She is not professional at all.

Dr. Newell provides poor quality care and her office has horrendous customer service because they are so disorganized. Dr. Newell gave me a filling but did not explain the treatment before or during care. I did not know what treatment I was getting or what anesthetic I was being administered until afterward. I was unhappy with my care, so I asked the front office for my records. The office assistant printed out most of my records, and then Dr. Newell came in and grabbed the records from her hands and shouted at me to get out of her office. I've never experienced anything like that before. My new dentist said the decay under my filling was never fully removed. I need more treatment. I was already in the middle of receiving Invisalign from Dr. Newell when I switched providers. After weeks of communication with her office about the retrieval of my remaining retainers, Dr. Newell refused to accept payment during a scheduled appointment for pickup. Unprofessional to say the least.

I have been going to Dr. Newell for close to 20 years. As much as I don't like going to the dentist in general, Dr. Newell and her staff always make me feel comfortable.

She's absolutely horrible and has a horrible personality. I would never go to her. I hate doctors that talk to you like crap because they have degrees they think everyone is supposed to bow down to them. Stay humble!
