Upon arrival at his office it shares a building with what I assume was an outpatient drug rehab and there was an altercation in the parking lot, inside his office he has two dental chairs with just a small shelf dividing the room so you are practically right next to another patient. Dr Little is extremely RUDE and steers off topic into religion, politics, and personal life issues He has a demeaning and arrogant tone and immediately started discussing drastic care measures
