I scheduled an appointment for my 18 year old son do have an exam, xrays, a cleaning and one temporary filling that head chipped to be repaired. When I pick him up they had a only done xrays and exam and said he had 9 cavities and didn't even show him the xrays. When I asked why he hadn't gotten the work done that I scheduled for him they said that they had given his appointment to other patients and they didn't have time to the do the work that I had scheduled. It was very unprofessional.
