The office environment was nice and front desk staff was very kind. However, once I was seen it was incredibly disappointing and off-putting. There was a technical issue with the pano machine (totally understandable) but it took the staff nearly 25 minutes to inform me what was happening. It must have thrown their schedule off because following I was given nearly no time to be seen. I was there for an extraction consultation - Dr. Anderson introduced herself, looked at my xray, told me she could do a portion of the work needed and then left. -- No looking at my actual teeth, no education or information, no opportunity for me to ask questions... at a consultation. I was then prompted to schedule the partial work - without even understanding my own case at all. If you're looking for anything beyond general dental work (cleanings/fillings) do not waste your time here. Over an hour and Dr. Anderson only spent 60 seconds with me. Did not make me feel valued as a patient at all.

I always have a great experience when I go here. All the staff are friendly and professional. You are treated very well. Treatment options and costs are clearly explained and you are included at all times, including while being worked on. I have never had such a good deep cleaning / one without serious pain afterwards anywhere else. All the dental work done has also been top notch and as someone who 'hates going to the dentist', I say excellent dentist, awesome team.

As a former patient (it's been 4+ years), I am still paying for poor work. I had a veneer put on by Dr. Anderson that within 3 years developed a cavity underneath and had to be replaced. My husband was also forced to have an unnecessary crown, then root canal, then another crown. Even though it's been a while, we are still paying for such bad service and shockingly we continue to receive emails to "come back" even though she was forced out of her practice. Avoid this one.

She is very thorough with examinations. Often times I will get to see the x-rays and photos of my teeth to see what is going on. The only real negative about the office is that it is so far from my house.
