I went to Dr Thornhill originally for a lot of pain because of a wisdom tooth that needed to be removed. It felt like jumping through hoops to get the referral as they wanted to do cleanings before even addressing my pain. After I finally got my wisdom teeth taken care of I went back and they didn’t even remember I got them out (a Quick Look at my chart would’ve been nice) and then they quoted me 7-10k$ worth of work JUST to start WITH insurance…. Luckily I went and got a second opinion and was told I just needed two root canals and that the rest of my mouth looked good! Thank goodness I saved myself thousands of dollars!!! That being said the office is very homey and comfortable and that staff was incredibly nice and comforting.
