I had a crown with a leaking margin he failed to tell me about. So, when it fell off, the tooth had to be re-prepped. Doctor arbitrarily selected a shape that did not match anything existing. After refusing to correct, he declined treatment without finishing the crown.

I just had my crown installed on my implant. Very happy with the process from beginning to end. Color and final fit was most important to me and both of those items exceeded my expectations His skill was very evident, along with a good staff/techs that were supportive through out, and made for a secure and comfortable experience. Lovely office, relaxing—thankfully, & I think all of the staff have been there long term, at least the ones I met. That is important to me. (I left my previous dentist because they went through Hygentists like crazy. Something is wrong with that picture.)

the lengthy wait time is because of a computer glitch that made most of the equipment unusable. It was my first visit but I know other patients who say that's definitely not normal.

As I have come to expect arriving at the office is like going to a good friends house. Greeted by name and treated special as compared to other place where you are nothing but a number. Dr. waves and says hello, for the hallway and when you are being treated you are the center of their attention, what more can you ask for.

Dr. Gutierrez has been our dentist for 26yrs.. We have never had a problem with him or been disappointed in his work. His expertise is awesome in all facets of his dental work. We have always recommended him to our friends and will continue to do so. We have had several implants and he does all the work connected with them His staff is wonderful and following his concerned and caring ways.
