Dental implants patients run!!!!
They keep changing the name to hide their bad reputation. Dr. Keys should be re-evaluated by a medical board to determine if he’s able to maintain his medical license. He’s a snake in the grass. Take your money anywhere other than this quack.’

DON'T RISK UR DENTAL HEALTH TO ARTISTIC DENTISTRY
TERRIBLE!!!!!! pulled WRONG TOOTH even after he examined and put in the treatment plan! AND I DID NOT RATE A STAR, BUT ONLY WAY TO LEAVE A REVIEW!

He's a SCAMMER out to get your money!
They don't discuss your options. The office manager decides what treatment you are going to get. She also makes you pay money one week before procedures are done, then doesn't send all of the bill to your insurance company, so you end up paying for things your insurance company may have paid. You have to stay on her to bill ALL charges to insurance then ask for a refund after insurance has paid. They DO NOT automatically give a refund. I made a complaint to the Arizona Board of Dental Examiners, which is being investigated. So far, this office has NOT complied with a request for records needed for the investigation and was fined $500. They become hateful if you call them on their unprofessional practices. I wouldn't have known about their cheating me if I hadn't been in the billing dept of a medical office.

The dentists leave you with more serious dental issues, then what you started with.

Don’t use. He is pricey and didn't deliver results. It will cost me four times the amount he charges to get my ‘mouth’ right after his failed efforts.
