Terrific Experience!
Staff was friendly, professional and proficient. Dr. Kauffman was super, he took time to explain everything to me and it all made perfect sense as to why I'm having the problem I have. They didn't try to sell me procedures that I don't need, and I am very confident in his ability to take care of me. I was very happy and highly recommend!

Staff was friendly. The doctor was rude and arrogant. Spoke down to us.

Dr. Kauffman took an extreme amount of time to explain the entire procedure and made every effort to be sure that I was comfortable.

Very pleased with the way they conduct themselves, and the sanitary practices they perform. Dr Kaufman washed his hands every time he came to the room, and new gloves every time he sat to perform duties. Also, during the procedure he explained what he was doing, and ensures that it was painless. Overall very pleased!
