Dr. Luther Puckett IV, DDS

I just had my teeth cleaned and got turned around making my back to the front of the office. There were no signs or lines on the floor. She stopped me and was very rude and would not even take the time to find out why I was somewhere I shouldn't have been. This was about a year and a half ago. I don't know if she is still there or not. When I finally made it back to the front she continued to make fun of me. I don't understand why she chose rudeness over kindness but I don't think that is how you should treat people anywhere or especially if you want them to come back.

I tried to spend some extra money I had on dental work but Dr. Puckett only did the work that I needed. He could have easily taken me for several hundreds of dollars in work that I suggested. He advised me against some of it (even though he does provide these services). Then he even gave me a discount when I asked him to make a second bite guard. His honesty in dealing with me in this situation and his refusal to take advantage of my extra cash earned him my trust.
