The office is not clean at all, over 1 hour wait time to be seen only to find out it was a complete waste of time

I saw Dr. Neerumalla when a filling had come out of one of my teeth. She looked at my X-rays and then hastily measured my gums and proceeded to tell me that A) My tooth needed to be removed entirely and nothing would be put in its place and B) that I had gingivitis and needed a pricy treatment. I felt uneasy about it, so I sought a second opinion telling them nothing of this experience. They said my tooth could be saved & removing it would have led to more tooth loss & I don’t have gingivitis.
