Great Service with Dr. Malav Shah
My 1st appointment with Dr. Malav Shah back in January was very pleasant. He was kind, welcoming, very informative and nice. His dental assistant Kei/Kecia (I hope I'm spelling it right) was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. From the moment she called me from the waiting area til I left she was so helpful. Dr. Shah took time to explain to me the different options I can consider and made sure to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed or any negative experience. My follow up appointment for my procedure was last Friday and as nervous as I was he was very patient. His assistant that day was Ashley and she was nice as well. I had some challenging extractions that day but Dr. Shah handled them. He made sure to check and ask if I was okay. He explained what to expect or what I may possibly hear during the procedure. After I was done he gave me very clear instructions on aftercare and what to avoid.
