Dr. Marcela Jolivette, DDS

My check in was a breeze because I filled in everything on line. I was promptly taken in and xrayed without pain. I waited about 5 minutes then was cleaned, polished and flossed.

Did not submit X-rays PRIOR to preparing a tooth for a crown, did not submit the information requested by the insurance company and had the claim denied. We paid about $550, she insisted we pay the remainder. We refused, contacted our insurance company who provided us with records and the reason the claim was denied. Since the crown was already made we attempted to pay and Dr. Jolivette refused payment. When the procedure was scheduled Dr. Jolivette was angry and inflicted pain on my wife, possibly with intent to do so. She caused an abscess on the tooth in question which was corrected by another dentist. We will not be returning.

Dentist Jolivette was amazing!! Spanish/English, weekdays/weekends, phone calls/online, you name it she and her team had the most rapid and professional response! Her cosmetic job was impecable. I would 100% recommend her and all her team. Beautiful job!!

Dr. Jolivette has been my dentist for the last 5 years. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable during my visit, and she works hard to make show that she cares about every single one of her patients. I have gotten many fillings and a few extractions with her, and I was very pleased with each of my visits at her office.

She made an extremely inappropriate and uncalled for comment about my daughter, therefore I will not return. Also, she attempted to charge me for a fluoride treatment that I declined and did not receive. They sometimes just apply the fluoride after cleanings without telling the patients that insurance doesnt cover it beforehand. Its only $39 but its the principle of it.

Dr. Jolivette was very patient and friendly. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I felt comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jolivette to anyway. She has great bed side manners.

Great experience all around, very knowledgeable and polite. And most pain free filling ever.

Dentist is VERY unprofessional and UNFRIENDLY. Does not build repport with patients or parents of patients. They use HIGH VAC suction on children to suction saliva. IF A CHILD (or adult) CLOSES THEIR MOUTH WITH THAT IN, THEY WILL CUT THE ROOF OF THEIR MOUTH. She DID NOT increase Nitrous Oxide slowly for 5 minutes before turning the Nitrous up to %40 on my 5 year old son! She also lets assistants "clean" teeth and write it off as a Hygiene visit with insurance.

Dr jolivette was wonderful and very professional . The best dental experience and I highly recommend her .

Very gentle no pain and I could have had to have a root canal but she was so good she avoided it. I was also there for hours early and she still seemed me awesome good job.

Dr. Jolivette is an amazing Dentist. When you meet her you can tell how smart and knowledgeable she is. Aside from that, she is super sweet and kind. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jolivette.

Dr. Jolivette is one of the best dentists out there. She provides you with many options on how to improve your dental health and have you looking your personal best. She went above and beyond with me and made me feel confident in my smile. She also makes sure that her patients are always comfortable no matter how far she is in with the procedure.

She is very knowledgeable about what she is doing and up to date on procedures. She is very kind and puts you at ease when dealing with issues.

Dr. Jolivette did an amazing job on helping me fix a few cavities and explaining my treatment. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I've personally watched her with children too and she is AWESOME with kids to!

I am one of those people who are oddly scared of dental visits but Dr. Jolivette goes the extra mile to make sure everyone of her patients are at ease and taken care of right.

When i first met with Dr. Jolivette i was a vit embarrassed. Because i have not been to a denitst in over 20 years, therefore i had a lot of cavities. Dr.Jolivette made me feel comfortable about my teeth and helped toget the healthy smile i always wanted. She is very nice, gentle and explains everything she does. If you have any fear of seeing a dentist i suggest you see Dr. Jolivette she will make you feel at homeand make the whole process easier. I would recommend her to anyone.
