Dr. Marcia Greene, DMD

YESTERDAY , SEPTEMBER 4, 2024, I HAD RECEIVED EXCEPTIONAL DENTAL CARE FROM DR. MARCIA GREENE .DR. GREEN , ALONG WITH HER STAFF , WASVERY PROFESSIONAL , GRACEFUL AND WARM . ON MY WAY OUT, DR. GREEN DID ACTUALLY WALK WITH ME SINCE I AM USING A ROLATOR : THAT SPEAKS VERY LOUD OF HER BEING VERY COMPASSIONATE .

I went to Dr. Green on 4-6-24 because I had an emergency with my mouth!! Dr. Green put me at ease & resolved the issues I had. I have been coming to Dr. Green for many years & I recommend Dr. Green as a dentist always professional & excellent work. Thank you Dr. Green.

Where do I start. In the beginning everything was ok. I put not only my trust, but over $11,000 into the practice, and my health insurance. I’m now left with a crooked smile, and a missing implant. I had 3 implants done. I am currently getting treated in Brooklyn by an Italian doctor. I can’t believe my own Jamaican would do this to me. I’m very disappointed. Also, I was going to report Dr.Green to the Dental board, but I said I’ll leave her to God himself. She knew how much a nice smile would mean to me when I graduated from college, and she screwed me instead. I’m not one to bad mouth people, but I mean wow my own fellow Jamaican. Very disappointed, and now I’m calling the office, because I need to see my treatment plan no answer, and 2 years ago she refused to give me my own medical records. A disgrace what’s going on in this office, what a shame. I forgot another thing, she stated that she prematurely took off my braces. I’m like what!!!!! Who does that, and then have the nerve to

Dr. Greene is a well studied professional that has served the area, my family included for years. She caters to her clients who are underserved and those who have insurance and means to pay. She recommends ways for me to parent better by pointing out dental issues that can affect behaviors. She is great with children and call them “her kids”.

Dr. Greene Cares! As a person who has bouts with Panic Disorder, going to the Dentist has always been one of my worst panic triggers. Dr. Greene is very understanding of this and goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable as possible, she is calm and soft spoken yet assertive and the best dentist I have every been to. God bless you Dr. Greene! We appreciate all you do. Thank you ??

Top notch dentist who is also very caring. Understands beautifully the science and the human aspect of dental/medical care.

I am not one to write bad reviews, but the nonchalant way they handled the situation has me furious! I had an appointment at a specific time, went, and nobody was there! Called the next day to find out if i had made a mistake, receptionist casually answered "oh we left early because there was no patient" Are you kidding me??? YOU gave me that appointment, I waited 3 weeks for it and you just leave?Really? No notification? No apology? Than she asked this "do you want to reschedule? " Uuumm..

It is my pleasure to give this review on behalf of Dr. M. Greene. I have been a patient of Dr. Greene for over twenty years and have found her to be an exceptional dentist. She is very caring and also has great bed side manner. She always takes the time to explain the procedures she may be performing and always offers alternative methods. Very easy going and down to earth. Great with children!
