Dr. Marcy Watson, DDS

I recently came out of a new patient appointment with Dr. Watson’s office. I was referred there for periodontal work by my great dentist so I assumed that the experience with Dr. Watson would be warm and friendly like my dentist’s office. It was the exact opposite. I never actually got to see Dr. Watson because two of her staff members (especially Loraine but to a lesser extent Diana) were so self-centered and uncaring in their behavior towards me that I left the office. There was ample time for Dr. Watson to come by and see what the issues were but she never came by to meet me. I don’t know if she’s good or bad in her profession but it was pretty traumatic the way her staff treated me. I didn’t want to interact with those two staff members again and Loraine said that they are the ones who assist in surgery, so there was no point in staying.
