Dr Stubblefield and her staff are excellent at explaining conditions and making sure I understand the why behind what they are doing. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating.

I see I'm not the only one who felt being upsell for things that I didn't need. I made an appointment about 4 or 5 weeks out and gave them my insurance info on the website. When I got there, I was told that they don't accept my insurance because they are out of network and I have to pay 40% and insurance will pay 60%. Like they couldn't tell me that before my appointment?! Figured I'm already there, so might as well get the check up. After the check up, they wanted to charge almost $1000 for only half of my mouth deep cleaning. I told them that is extremely high and I was done with them. As I was leaving by the front desk, I asked the person who was I charge of making deals and offers, if I owe anything and she said no this visit is comped and that was it. But today I got a notification that I owe them about $220 after being told it is comped! Btw, I went to a different dentist with pretty much same bells and whistles like this place for a second opinion and I didn't need all the work

I have been very anxious about any dental visits since childhood. I found this to be a welcome change from all my other experiences. I actually go to the office now and have such kind and caring staff to care for me .I have been a patient for 5+ years now and have been very happy with all the care I have received. Dr.Neal-Stubblefield is so patient and kind even when you are a patient coming in with a lot of anxiety. I was one of them 5 years ago and now I am not!

I had a teeth cleaning with Rose and she is exceptional as always. Dr. Kaur is very professional and is very caring.

Dr. Neal- Stubblefield is a caring professional that is vice in her field. She cares about her patients and provides professional services. Her entire staff is excellent and the facility is very clean and spotless. Her hours accommodate busy schedules. She provides partial day services on Saturday, something that is hard to find these days.

Dr. Stubblefield and her team treated me with so much compassion and care - understanding my need to get an immediate repair and going above and beyond in their care. I have since gone to her clinic to assist me get back to complete dental health. Dr. Stubblefield and team have gone the extra mile - following up as needed and ensuring all my needs are met. There’s non like Dr Stubblefield. She is the most caring dentist or medical provider I have ever encountered. From the first time I met her over 10 years ago she has remained true to herself. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist with no hesitation.She always take her time to explain procedures and she won’t do anything she is not comfortable with. She treats everyone like family.

Dr. Stubblefield and her team are awesome. I’ve never had dental care without pain until I came to Neal dental. She’s a master anesthesiologist. Yes, taking care of your pearly whites isn’t cheap, but it’s worth it. The office has the newest technology, the nicest staff, and excellent hygiene procedures.

Dr. Neal-Stubblefield and her staff were great. I needed some extensive work with crowns and fillings due to age and neglect on my part. The doctor and her staff were very welcoming and made sure to explain everything as they worked. What was being done and why. This made me feel comfortable as the work went on.
