Dr. Maria Lucia, DDS

I just called to see why I hadn't been called for my follow up appointment and Kathy the receptionist/phone operator was extremely rude. She kept saying I was a new patient and I had been there several times. She began to yell at me and ended up hanging up on me. I had my sister call and within 15 seconds of the call she raised her voice. Her tone was hostile and unreceptive. She talked down to her and used such sarcasm when speaking. All she had to do was confirm the address as my sister did and my brother would have realized it was not the right office. Instead she chose to get combative with my sister and I. Just because of Kathy's attitude, I would not use this dentist if it were the last one on earth. I'll be sure to spread the word on how the first person you encounter there is rude and has anger/temper issues and to stay away!!!

I absolutely love this dentist office and the team. They are very warm and caring people. I have never had a bad experience. I would not go to anyone else.

My son and I have been going to Maria Lucia for a few years.. we have had to reschedule our appointments for Maria several times for her personal reasons for not showing up to work. But the one time my son was so sick and his grandmother and I were up all night, even took him to urgent care.. we missed his appointment the next day at 12:10 because grandma and my son were sleeping from being sick and exhausted. The rude lady that answers the phone, basically said we blew off the appointment Then we a get a bill for 45$ For missing the appointment They won’t accept proof that he was sick and was at Urgent care! So unbelievably upset that they are just a money hungry office and do not care about the patients! Well if you were open on Fridays you would make more money and not try to suck your patients out of every cent possible!

Wonderful, professional dentist

Wonderful dentist and great first experience. For those of you who have terrible dentist anxiety (like myself), this is the dentist for you. I barely felt the needle and she talked to me through the whole procedure, which helped a lot. Made me feel safe and more comfortable throughout the visit. Great staff and short wait time. I'm grateful I found this gem after years of terrible experiences.

On her site it says they offer emergency dental work...well I have been a patient of hers for years and I can tell you that they do not ... it's a gimmick to get you in the door. You can call the 'emergency' number until you are blue in the face and nobody answers or returns a call.

I am very pleased with the level of service and courtesy received from Dr. Lucia and her staff. I moved 40 minutes away but still make the trip because I am very comfortable and happy coming here. They are very professional and I highly recommend.

I have seen Dr Lucia for quite some time. Around 10 years. She has gone to long lengths to take excellent care of my teeth. I would recommend her to anyone and would rate her at 100% in every area. She also has a lovely staff, highly qualified and caring. Thank you Dr. Lucia!

She is an amazing dentist who is very personable and will work with you on billing with in reason . I absolutely love her and recommend her to anyone needing dental work
