This Doctor’s business office gets the golden 'wag-o-the-finger' award for deceptive medical billing practices. This Doctor’s business office depends to a very great degree on “surprise billing” to do just that; surprise you with a large bill for procedures that are not covered by your health insurer. This is either due to not being “In-Plan” with your health care insurer or the procedures performed not being medically necessary as determined by your health care insurer. This is one of the very few times I side with my health care insurer; the Doctor’s office should have advised they were NOT a plan doctor and all charges would be my responsibility to pay. They were very glad to take my insurance card but not so happy to tell me that they were not a plan doctor. They are also very glad to remind you "you are responsible for your health care insurance" - after the fact. What do they have to hide; be up-front with your clients! I rate this Doctor billing team - 1 STAR

What a delight of a person! Not only extremely knowledgeable in her field, but has such a kind and compassionate demeanor with her patients. She took her time with me, getting to the root of the problem. I walked away from there knowing I was in very capable hands.
