The office staff was super sweet, however, they could use more education being clear and up front with patients. I asked several times if they performed root canals and crowns, the response was yes. Truth is they do NOT do root canals, only the crown portion. They want to send their orient to an Endo (where they DON’T FILE INSURANCE) and then have you come back got the crown. As a new patient I expected the Dr to introduce himself, instead he plopped down in his chair mumbled a greeting, reviewed the X-rays, did a QUICK assessment, and then left the room. The time I took off work was completely wasted!!

Disappointing. After the lab messed up my second partial, I was informed that I had to pay for it again. After acquiring a different dentist, I learned that he did not inform me of the condition of one of my molars which could have been fixed three years earlier. Now, I have to go to a specialist to have it fixed. Ugh.

Dr. Damron purchased this office a little over a year ago from Dr. Baskets. He is a very professional dentist and takes his time to explain all available options for your treatment. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone needing a dentist.
