I had a crown break off on a Saturday. I wasn't in pain so it wasn't an emergency but needed prompt attention. I hadn't managed to get a dentist in St George since I moved here. I left messages at 5 dental offices that indicated that they took my insurance. Only Ence Dentistry returned my call this morning (Monday) at 8:00 am. None of the other offices ever bothered to respond to my voice message. I told the receptionist what I needed and she got me in this afternoon. I'm a nervous patient and Dr. Mark Ence was very sensitive to my needs as there needed to be some drilling done. He did an excellent job in numbing the gums so I didn't even feel the needle go in! He explained what all had happened and what all needed to be done. His assistant, Bethany, was fantastic as she would lightly lay her hand on my arm and sometimes stroke it to help my nerves. All in all, it was one of the best experiences I have had at the dentist. Mark Ence is my new dentist.
