Dr. Mark Lloyd, DDS

I began going to Dr. Lloyd earlier this year based off of a friend's referral. He did some work which was fine until he did the lower right Crown (30). I started to feel major pain in 30 and 31 (back molar) but he adjusted my bite thinking that was it. Fast forward a week and I was in excruciating pain and went in on two separate occasions letting him know my jaw was stiff and I couldn't even eat from the pain being that bad. He chalked it up to being the bite again and told me to wait - THAT's WITH 2 follow-up visits telling him something wasn't right - NO ONE FOLLOWED UP WITH ME. I was in such pain that I had to go to an emergency dentist appointment and it turns out that 31 had gone ABSCESS - but Dr. Lloyd wouldn't know because NO ONE called to follow-up and make sure I was okay - that's after 2 FOLLOW-UPS telling him something wasn't right. Now I'm seeing a specialists for a root canal to try and save my tooth - this has taken 3 weeks due to the extreme infection and is still not

Dr. Lloyd is so personable. He always shows a personal interest in my life. His quality is 2nd to none. I have been going to him for more than 10 years and I know that he will always do an incredible job. The staff are extremely positive and the cleanings i get from the hygienist is amazing and very thorough. Highly recommend this dentist and staff.

Dr Lloyd is amazing! I get serious anxiety when I have to get anything done to my mouth. I put off going to the dentist for years at a time to avoid the experience. Dr Lloyd made me feel very comfortable and confident that everything was going to be just fine. He was very gentle and I never felt unsure about what was going on. Some dentists just get you in the chair and start going at your mouth without easing you into anything or explaining what they are doing. Dr Lloyd has a calm demeanor.
